I take great comfort in these readings. It feels like Wag the Dog, using misdirection to deflect attention. In the cover of the debate, drop Chevron and this immunity ruling. Ostensibly, continue to allow abortion medication pills but with the tepid argument of no standing which does not put it to rest. Yet, they have not hesitated to rule in favor of made-up cases with no standing to push their agenda (remember the website woman who did not want to make wedding websites for LGBTQIA+ even though she had no wedding websites in her portfolio, then or now). The Bruen ruling could have allowed the carrying of muskets, not AR-15s, if they were really going to be true to the 1853 source. SCOTUS gives me nightmares honestly. Eyes wide open.
